1️⃣ The living convenience is excellent. It takes only ten minutes on foot to reach the Moor shopping district, which has a seafood market, fast food restaurants, fast fashion stores, and sports brand clothing stores. Within five minutes' walk, there are supermarkets like Waitrose and Aldi. There is also Guangxing Supermarket downstairs. You can take the free shuttle bus to Lidl, Marks & Spencer, Hengshengxing and other supermarkets to meet your daily shopping needs.

2️⃣ The transportation is convenient. There is a free shuttle bus at the apartment entrance during weekdays, including one directly to the Management School of the University of Sheffield, making it easy to go to school. (The shuttle bus schedule is attached.) You can take a bus from the Moor to Meadowhall, the Wanda Plaza in Sheffield, and it takes only 15 minutes on foot to reach Sheffield Railway Station.

3️⃣ The entertainment facilities are complete. The apartment has a free 24-hour gym with a wide range of equipment. If you have higher requirements, there is a large gym in the Moor that costs around 30 pounds per month within a ten-minute walk. I also found a free basketball court within a ten-minute walk. The apartment has a board game room, a billiards room, a ping-pong room, and a mahjong room. There is a public area on the first floor with large sofas and a TV, where you can play games like Werewolf and murder mystery games with your friends.

4️⃣ The apartment is safe. You need a key card to enter and exit. The front desk is usually staffed 24 hours a day. The room I live in has a good view from the window and good sound insulation, making it very quiet. The kitchen is separated to prevent smoke and has a large space. The heating is available 24 hours a day, making it comfortable to live in.
