Takeover of Studio 2, 96 Trippet Lane, bills inc.

Hi all,

I'll be moving out shortly and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy ends on August 23rd and can be extended.

It's a lovely studio for students / working professionals with bills included (except council tax). Free to use washing machine and separate dryer.

It has high ceilings, an electric oven and stovetop, fridge / freezer combo, new sofa and desk, the bedroom is cosy with a porthole window.

Close to West Street, right by a tram stop, a 10-minute walk to The Moor and around 15 minutes to the train station.

There is an ad posted on Rightmove for Studio 2, 96 Trippet Lane. It shows the prices and deposit for new tenants so I would be happy to ask for more information with regards to deposit should you wish to extend your stay.
