Tenancy takeover city centre

Platform_ is in the centre of Sheffield not far from Bramall Lane. This is a 1 bedroom unfurnished apartment with two rooftops, gym facilities, study/work spaces and a secure parcel room. We are looking for a tenancy takeover due to a change in jobs meaning we need to move. We have loved living here especially with it being a modern building and wouldn’t be moving otherwise. There is a member of staff at reception every single day who have always been so helpful. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer unit and a slim line dishwasher. It’s all electric. WIFI is included in rent. Pets are allowed but I believe it’s a £55 per month payment. I also believe that for deposits there is a few flexible options from a 5 week payment all the way to no deposit. There’s lots more to platform so I recommend checking their website.

Parking does not come with the building but there is a car park opposite and next to the building for £60 a month and a 5 minute walk away another multi story car park for £90 a month. The local public transport is all a 5-10 minute walk away.
