Room in Allen Court for Uni of Sheffield student

I am a student at the University of Sheffield offering a room in Brightmore House at Allen Court for the 2025/26 academic year that I am no longer going to be using. In order to terminate the contract between me and the accommodation, I need to find a replacement student tenant who would be able to fill my space.

As thanks for taking on the room, I will pay the deposit and 15% of the rent, reducing the weekly rent from £194pw to £165pw.

For this price, you get an En-Suite+ room which includes a three quarter bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and storage in the main room and your own bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet. The room is on the fourth floor and you will be in the company of five other returner students (mixture of males and females). The building itself has many good facilities such as a gym and cinema pod and is mere minutes away from many major University buildings so it couldn't really be located in a more convenient place!

As per stipulations I have been given about finding a replacement tenant, you must be a home student in your second year or above to take the room. I do apologise for the restrictiveness of this but these are the conditions I have been given.

My contract is supposed to begin on the 27th September so I encourage any interested parties to get in contact with me before then and we can discuss getting the contract transferred over to you.
