*A new tenant has now been found for my apartment 13/06/25*
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy on or after July 1st, 2025. I will be moving out on June 30th, 2025.
Due to getting a new job I will be moving out of Sheffield and need someone to take over my tenancy. A £300 deposit may be required and that will be registered with the DPS by the letting agents. My contract is due to expire towards the end of January 2026.
All bills, including TV licence, but excluding council tax, are included in the rent which is £875 due on or by the 1st of every month. I currently pay an extra £50 a month for a parking space as the property is car-free meaning Sheffield City Council won't provide you with a parking permit, so if you have a car the parking space is essential.
Though the property is a studio, the bedroom is partitioned which makes it feel more like a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment comes furnished with what is seen in the photos, it includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The fridge is a small undercounter and is next to the dishwasher, it has a small freezer compartment inside.
I believe the apartment is south facing as during the day the sun beams into the apartment making it very light.
For a studio it is very spacious and would cater well to a professional who wants their own space and not have to worry about bills. Ideally located across the road from Aviva, if you work there, and only a 5 minute walk from Collegiate Campus and a 10 minute walk from the city centre.
It really is a great location and the total package is value for money. I have loved this apartment and I'm sure you will too.
The photos are from when I moved in and when I move out I will return the apartment to how it looked then as I'll be taking my own stuff with me, though may leave the microwave I bought as it didn't have one when I moved in. Once change I did make which I won't reverse, I moved the bed to the opposite wall as staring at a white wall isn't good, I think it's better the way it is now.
