Hi I’m April, I am looking for a flat mate to move into a flat in the crookes/broomhill area. My current flatmate will be moving out at the beginning of September as she has finished Uni.
About me:
I’m a full time working professional. I’m pretty easygoing but do like the flat to be kept tidy and clean.
I am fairly outdoorsy and like walking, tennis and running but do also love a night at the pub. Hopefully looking for someone like minded.
The flat:
Images of the flat are the shared kitchen/living room and your own bedroom and bathroom. The flat does have one parking space and visitors parking spaces available as well. Flat is furnished. Bedroom furnished with bed and chest of drawers and fold out desk (some furniture in the picture is my flatmates). No pets and no smokers please.
Bills
Rent: £550 a month on rolling monthly contract
Water: £15.50 a month
Wi-Fi: £12 a month
Electricity: £60 a month currently - fixed rate
