The double IKEA bed has a comfortable new mattress and a washable duvet and pillows are provided together with bedding. A spare summer weight duvet is also provided, but if you prefer to use your own bedding that is fine.
A smart TV, desk & office chair for hybrid workers has also been recently added. The desk can also be used as a dressing/dining table.
Washing machine with tumble drier is available and hanging space provided indoors together with a washing line in the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for your use. There is a dining room with table for eating meals or you can use the table in your room if you prefer.
The garden has seating & a table with BBQ & heater and faces south, so is sunny and is a great gathering place all year round.
Shops, beautiful Hillsborough Park and a Tram stop are a short walk away.
My son Tom is 27 and lives and wfh in his Garden Office. He went to Hallam and then didn't want to leave Sheffield which he loves! I am helping him to buy the house and I live in Norfolk. He has just finished a major renovation of the house and is a keen DIYer and homemaker. He is in the LGBTQ community.
Tom is into camping and hiking and he stayed in Sheffield for the beautiful Peak District amongst other great things about Sheffield! His degree is in film & media production and he is also into cooking, gaming, beer, good wine and theatre. Please don't think it weird that the advert is on my account and I won't be involved with interviewing! As stated above, I'm helping Tom buy the house and I live in Norfolk where I am also advertising for lodgers - so he's using my SpareRoom Account.
Tom has one other female lodger, 24 who will be involved with choosing a suitable housemate for a cohesive, friendly and supportive household.
