Double Room with a Lovely View in Meersbrook!

Hello!

Thanks for looking at my advert. I'm Ed, a 37 year old academic living in Sheffield.

The room is a top floor double room with great views over the city.

The room currently has a double bed, desk, chair, shelves, and two huge cupboards. I would also be happy to add/remove furniture e. g. if you wanted an armchair instead of a desk, or want a bedside table, extra lamps, more shelves etc.

The house is well-maintained (as you can hopefully see from the pictures!) - there are also two bathrooms and a large dry cellar for storage.

Meersbrook is a lovely area with a local cafe (Kopi and Chai), lots of shops nearby on Chesterfield Road, and good access to the city centre via bus. On street parking is always available as well, usually outside the house.

I am quite laid back and am open to a range of possible lodging arrangements e. g. if you wanted Mon-Fri, 7 days, or similar. Also happy for people to have pets!

It may be good if you were happy with a short-term let to begin, to see how we get on?

I generally spend my free time relaxing at home, doing outdoors things, going to the pub, or visiting friends in other cities.

I would be keen to rent to someone who is also relaxed and easy going, and wants the house to be a place to chill out. Happy for you to have people over, of course - an occasional dinner party is a wonderful thing.

Rent is £600 including all bills, can negotiate for short-term stays or Mon-Fri lets.
