Double room in Nether Edge

Myself and my housemate Jude are looking for a new housemate to take the big room in this 3 bed, 1 climbing board, 2 bath house.

We are both professionals working normal hours, so itwould probably suit someone similar. It's a chilled out atmosphere, occasionally we will cook together, go climbing or go to the pub. We like to keep the place fresh and tidy, with a eclectic vibe so your added decorations will be more than welcome.

The house is managed by Hunters but we deal with the landlord directly. We co sign year long contracts, ideally you would be looking to do the same.
