Hi! I am looking for a full time student to move into a lovely, fully furnished 5 person house in Broomhill anytime from the 1st of July onwards. I will no longer be living here, however the room itself is spacious and comes with all the amenities you could need including a double bed, wardrobe, desk and storage space. If you look at the floor plan, the room listed here is bedroom 2.

There are parking spaces out the front and large garden area to the rear with a cut-through onto Fulwood road. The house itself is in a prime location with shops nearby and not far away from many university buildings.

The current tenants are all moving into their final year of university after spending time abroad and study Politics, Philosophy, Koran studies and Computer science. They are all lovely and welcome anyone who is clean, tidy and respectful.
