Spacious double room in a bright and airy 2-bed modern flat at the bottom of Ecclesall Road. Within the building is a well-equipped gym, a pet terrace, a rooftop terrace, an air conditioned common room/lounge, and bookable dining/games room.

I've lived here for over 2 years now and I'm looking for a new roommate to take over half of the tenancy after my friend has decided to move to London. This flat is so so gorgeous and comfortable and all of the amenities available make the rent well worth the cost.

Council Tax Band E - Bills tend to average out to about an extra £150pppm.

I'm a young professional that works a mix of from home and in the office, and I spend most nights either climbing or playing card/board games with friends. I love to cook and have recently bought a 3D Printer and am experimenting with that.
