Spacious double, House to yourself most of year

Hello!

We are a queer couple looking for a lodger to share our lovely 2 bed house near Nether Edge. We are taking a year off work to travel and you will have the house to yourself for at least 5 months of the coming year and will be sharing with us and our laid back whippet for the other months of the year. We enjoy cooking, climbing and getting out to the Peaks.

We are looking for a friendly professional / postgraduate student who is kind, respectful and easy to get along with. We would enjoy sharing a meal, film night or a cuppa together, but equally happy to give you your own space. You will have spacious double and will also benefit from the sole use of the whole house when we are away. The house has a shared kitchen, living room and study which you are very welcome to use as your own.

The house is in a fantastic area, close to the shops, cafes and restaurants along Abbeydale Road, on the direct and regular bus route into the city centre (15 min bus), and a 10 minutes drive out to the Peak District.
