Double room with own bathroom

I'm looking for someone with similar interests to rent my second bedroom from August (flexible). You will have a double bed and a desk in your bedroom, and your own bathroom (occasionally shared with guests). Ideally suited to professionals or mature postgraduate students. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, air fryer, a microwave and a washing machine (no dryer). The flat is top floor on a 2 storey building with no lift, so unfortunately not accessible.

You will be ideally a professional or a post graduate that doesn't work from home, even though this wouldn't necessarily be a problem. If you do work from home, just know I'll probably have my music on. Also no smokers (including vape), please.

A bit about me: I'm very laid back, spend a lot of time at home with my cats and my plants. When I go out, it's usually to go on gigs (especially for rock and indie music), to meet friends to play board games or to eat. I work from home 3 days a week, and if I'm home, there will be music playing.

I have 2 elderly cats that require some attention, so it will not be uncommon to find sick on the floor, so watch your step :) And also be prepared for cat hair. I recently started kickboxing, and I have been on a journey for a healthier life.

I'd like to start with a short term contract, extendable if we get along well. I don't have photos of the room because I'm currently having some renovations. All bills are included, but might need reviewing if the energy bill jumps too much.
