Bed & 2nd room in Peaceful House in Meersbrook

Looking for a second lodger to join us. We are mostly not around, often travelling or at our narrow boat. So the house is mostly just the lodgers. Looking for a conscientious trust worthy female to join our household. We have a homely victorian property opposite meersbrook park. The house extends over 4 floors and each lodger has one room on the 1st and a second room on the attic floor to use as a study / office / sitting room, Both rooms are double in size. There is a shared bathroom for both lodgers on floor one. There is a communal kitchen and utility and a great garden space. We are all happy to mix and socualise but respect each other's privacy within the household.
