Attic room, terrace house, Meersbrook

The room is an attic room in the typical Sheffield terrace fashion. It is bigger than the photos suggest, with some built in storage and room for a desk. There is a bed frame too just my last housemate took it down. Shared kitchen, bathroom, dinning room and lounge. Also a garden but it needs some work that I keep saying I get round to. The house is light and bright in the summer and cosy in the winter with a working fire place (which I adore). Oh and there is a basement to store all dead bodies in.

You’d be sharing with me, a semi reclusive librarian, bookbinder (sort of, hoping to get this side hustle off the ground), music obsessed (mostly ambient and drone - don’t worry I wont make you listen to it), love a boardgame and cooking for people, movie nights, the list goes on.

I have been living here for two years and love it (despite it being at the top of a hill). I only work part time so am around the house fairly often. I am ideally looking for someone social and quirky with some shared interests that respects the house as a place of refuge from the world (I mentioned the fire place right? There is a fire pit in the garden too). Happy to consider postgrads/professionals.
