I am looking for a replacement tenant for the next academic year due to me withdrawing from Sheffield Hallam University.

The facilities for this hall include: a kitchen that can be used by you and your flatmates (the flat will be of mixed sexes) equipped with a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster with extra access for a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board, ensuring you have easy access for cooking and cleaning.
Outside of your living space, you have access to other facilities situated within the forge. These facilities include: Wi-Fi speed up to 250Mbps, a cinema room, a half basketball court outside, a modern communal area equipped with table tennis, table football, a pool table and a games console, a study room, laundry facilities and cycle storage.
From the City and Collegiate campuses, it is a 15 minute for each of them, with The Forge being in close proximity to the Hallam active gym, 3 main supermarkets, London Road being home to one of the most popular and iconic take-out places and restaurants and Ecclesall road containing bars and more restaurants.
The contract dates for this accommodation are from the 13th September 2025 to 18th July 2026.
