I am looking for a replacement tenant for the next academic year due to me withdrawing from Sheffield Hallam University.

These facilities include: Wi-Fi speed up to 250Mbps, a cinema room, a half basketball court outside, a modern communal area equipped with table tennis, table football, a pool table and a games console, a study room, laundry facilities and cycle storage.

From the City and Collegiate campuses, it is a 15 minute for each of them, with The Forge being in close proximity to the Hallam active gym, 3 main supermarkets, London Road being home to one of the most popular and iconic take-out places and restaurants and Ecclesall road containing bars and more restaurants.

The contract dates for this accommodation are from the 13th September 2025 to 18th July 2026.
