Attic room available in a lovely 3-bedroom house from 1st September. The room comes with a desk, chair, and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. You’ll just need to bring a bed or mattress. The rest of the house is fully furnished, including a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
There’s also a small spare room that can be used for guests.

The location is great: Hillsborough Park is just three minutes away and there are several shops and cafés nearby. There are also good connections to the city centre via bus or the yellow tram.

Rent: £380 per month + bills and council tax (around £600- £650 total).

About me

I’m 32, originally from Hungary, and I’ve been living in England for almost six years. I’m tidy, clean, and respectful. I don’t smoke or drink, but I don’t mind if you do as long as you’re considerate. I’ve grown out of the clubbing phase, so I’m looking for someone who wants a cosy base rather than a party house.

I take pride in the place where I live and treat it as a home, not just somewhere to sleep. Even though it’s a rented property, I invest time and care to make sure it feels welcoming. Ideally, I’d like to live with someone who shares these values and doesn’t need to be reminded to clean up or take the bin out. 🤣

I’m quite an active person I like going for walks, travelling, and always finding something to do. I don’t have many friends in England, so the house won’t be busy with visitors, but anyone you’d like to invite would be very welcome.
