Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely, modern 2-bedroom apartment right in the city centre. The available room is a spacious ensuite with a bathtub, desk, and plenty of natural light – perfect for relaxing or working from home.

The flat has a shared kitchen and living area that's fully equipped and kept clean and cozy. I really value a tidy, peaceful home and am hoping to live with someone who appreciates the same. The building also offers great shared amenities, including a courtyard, lounge, communal kitchen, rooftop terrace, and gym.

A bit about me: I’m a PhD student who mostly works from home during the week, so I like to keep the space quiet and calm. That said, I love socialising, getting to know the people I live with, and going out on weekends or exploring new things around the city.
