It's a great central location, only a 10 minute walk from both Sheffield Hallam and University of Sheffield as well as being closely located to the Moor and within walking distance of the train station. The accommodation includes an on-site gym (good spec and free to use), laundromat, cinema room, gaming and community room and a study area.
I have lived in IQ Fenton House for the past 3 years and absolutely loved it! It's in such a great spot, near West Street and Division Street, it's really chill and great to meet new people or get your head down in exam time.
