The room is on the third floor and has and has an en-suite with fully functioning shower, toilet and sink. The room has a skylight window which can open with a blind, it also has a desk, wardrobe, set of draws and a double bed. The house is a 10 minute walk to Sheffield train station and about a 15 minute walk to the Hallam city campus. There’s already three girls living in the house, liv, Charlotte and Katie who are all friendly, love to watch movies together and will all go on nights out as well as having time to themselves. Rent will be £533 a month, however I will have paid from July to September at the moment so rent will be £1599 less.
