Double room, house share with 3 friendly girls

The room is on the third floor and has and has an en-suite with fully functioning shower, toilet and sink. The room has a skylight window which can open with a blind, it also has a desk, wardrobe, set of draws and a double bed. The house is a 10 minute walk to Sheffield train station and about a 15 minute walk to the Hallam city campus. There’s already three girls living in the house, liv, Charlotte and Katie who are all friendly, love to watch movies together and will all go on nights out as well as having time to themselves. I pay for my rent by terms whenever I get my student loan so October, January and April, I’ve already payed my summer payment of £500 so the rent for year 25/26 will be 5896 instead of 6396 with bills included :)
