We are lucky enough to have two lovely tiled shower rooms, with a modern bathroom and sink set up. The communal areas include a large outside area with chairs some fairy lights, we are looking to jazz it up very soon. Inside, we have two large sofas, a TV with all the works. Moving over the kitchen we have an electric hob (4 spots) with an oven. Kettle, air fryer, toaster, even a rice cooker. It includes a washing machine AND a dyer.

minute WALK to Tesco and a Waitrose, with plenty of other shops near by. Lots of pubs, cafes, the botanical gardens and of course end cliff park, charity shops, and barbers. Everything really is within walking distance. In addition a to this it’s also well connected with countless bus routes. It is just off eccy road after all.

YOUR HOUSEMATES

Two boys and one girl between the ages of 21-24. All hard working 3rd or 4th year medicine students. I’ve known them all for a while and I will really miss them when I move out.

If it’s so great, why am I leaving?

Well I’m absolutely gutted and excited as I’ve been offered a year in Japan. I will be leaving in the middle of November, but moving out as soon as possible to move in with my girlfriend so we can save. I’ve only managed to live here for a few months but I love it, the neighbours are friendly, and the rent is decent.
