Hi we're looking for a fourth person to join us in our four bedroom, two bathroom, houseshare.

We are busy professionals but very sociable. Two of us (brother and sister) own the house. So no landlords!

The house is in a great location right next to shops and bars. Banner Cross is located on the upper part of Ecclesall Road. It's a lively area but also perfect for getting into town as its on the main bus routes.

There's parking outside the house as it's on a private road.

The garden gets the sun all day.

The rent is £450 pcm and includes all bills and council tax.

The room is furnished.
