Shared bathroom (2 bathroms are shared between 5 people. I have never had to wait for a bathroom!). Bathrooms, corridor and stairs are being cleaned every week by a cleaner.

There's access to a yard (good for storing your bike safely and deying your laundry outside) and a utility room with a washing machine for everyone's use.

This place is a gem! What a price with all bills included! The option to pay £10 per month for a really good broadband, shared with other neighbours.

It's a really quiet house, and that staying quiet and not disturbing others is expected from all neighbours/housemstes. People here are respectful and friendly, but also keep themselves to themselves.

It's very close to lively London Road
and Ecclesall Road known for its vibrant independent scene.
It's located really close to bus stops. There are two gyms nearby - Nutfield Health (5 minute walk) and JD Gym (about 12 minute walk).
It's only 15 minute walk to the Moor in the city centre, very close to Tesco Express (3 minute walk), close to Aldi (12 minute walk) and Ozmen Extra supermarket (10 minute walk).

I'd never leave the place, but I'm moving in with my fiancée.

Most furniture in the photos are mine (except the kitchen furniture) and I'm taking them with me.
If needed, the landlord can provide a bed, mattress and a wardrobe.
