Newly carpeted, painted and furnished attic bedroom with brand new large velux window available in spacious 3 bed terrace with new garden and street parking. House is fully furnished including TV, Airfrier, king sized bed and ample storage. Current tenants are clean and keep to themselves but very friendly and handy incase of repairs. As landlord I live a 5 minute walk away incase of emergencies.

I bought and renovated the house with the intention of living in it myself only a year and a half ago so the available room is fantastic condition. I’m flexible about pets and tenants provided the house is appropriately cared for.

All bills are included in rent for Council Tax band A, gas and electric, WiFi, and water.
