Tenancy takeover girls shared house!

Hi, I'm looking for someone to takeover a tenancy for a former housemate in a girls only shared house located on Langdon Street, S11 8BJ.
Price is £119 per week inc bills (FIRST QUARTERLY RENT INSTALLMENT ALREADY PAID FOR).

The house is for 3 tenants total and we are both music students going into 2nd year! It is a spacious, warm house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spare room. Your bedroom would be on the 1st floor, in attached photos you can see this room is large, includes a storage cupboard/room built into the wall and has adequate furniture. It is also on the same floor as the bathroom. Aldi, Morrisons and countless takeaways/shops are a 10 min walk away with a tesco also being around the corner and the house is situated on a nice peaceful road right near a park :)

The people you’d be living with are me and another girl. We’re both musicians/music students going into our 2nd year of uni! We are friendly, laid back and we have a ton of interests between us such as gaming, watching films/shows, art, music, etc! We just want someone who is clean, respectful and responsible :)
