The house is not really big enough for someone to work from home in so looking for someone who is out and about.
Open to part time/Mon-Fri lodger situations. Open to pets.
Large enclosed garden, on street parking, safe storage for bikes, log burner, close to bus links and 25 min walk to city centre/train station. Local shops/pubs 5 mins walk away.
Bills included: council tax, electric, gas, water, internet, window cleaner.
Rent can be negotiated if looking for a Mon-Fri or part time arrangement. Room available from 1st Feb.
