Sunny single room

Looking for a veggie/vegan to share my lovely home in Heeley. It is a clean and calm home and I'd prefer to live with someone who doesn't work from home as it is not a big space.

Large enclosed garden, on street parking, safe storage for bikes, log burner, close to bus links and 20 min walk to city centre.

The room is furnished and looks out over the city. Single bed with pull out underneath to make into double if needed.
Bills included: council tax, electric, gas, water, internet.

Rent can be negotiated if looking for a Mon-Fri or part time arrangement.
Viewings in Sept. Room available from 1st October.
