We are looking for a professional female to join two other existing female tenants in this really lovely three bedroom mid terrace house located in a very sought after area at the top end of Endcliffe Park, close to some local shops, cafe's, bus routes etc and an easy walk down onto Ecclesall Road. Unrestricted road side parking close to house.

This house is really nicely appointed with an open plan kitchen, diner, sitting room with modern furniture and a terrific kitchen inc. a dishwasher. There is a utility room in the basement including a washer, dryer and a freezer and excellent storage space there. The shared bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The bedroom is an excellent sized double with a small walk in wardrobe under the attic stairs. The house has good wifi and a wall mounted TV in the sitting room. Outside there is a small south west facing patio providing a lovely place to relax outside in.

The two other girls in the house are in their early 30's and we are ideally looking for a professional girl who is wanting to make friends and not just be a housemate. Both girls enjoy sports after work - currently hockey and gym sessions but when they are in together they enjoy cooking tea and watching a good series or film on TV. They both enjoy walking in the Peaks and going out for coffee and food so it would be great to find someone who would join in.
