(Bills inc.) Sociable and cool uni house

Hi! I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy as I need to move out due to personal reasons. This house consists of very cool and friendly people who will make you feel right at home. We are all 03-05 babies who love music, have 3 DJ's in the houseee so you will hear house/jungle a fair bit (but not at late disturbing times dont worry ;)) and have a mixture of flatmates who don't engage in nightlife as much and are more sporty/outdoorsy. Those ones love to go climbing and hiking often if thats your thing. We also do regular Netflix nights in, and have dinner together too.

The students study politics, philosophy, history and maths. If anyone in the house has any concerns about the house such as tidiness, as during stressful times like exams it can get messier, it is addressed and acted on with respect and understanding. I am looking for someone who isn't very strict about quietness and tidiness, as this is your normal uni house where things can get a little busy on the weekends, but this is not every weekend. Especially as we are going into our final year of university, the house will be quiet as more studying goes on. One thing you can expect is to never be bored and to have a good support system at times of need. My experience as a girl whos lived with the same 7 boys this past year (as we decided to stay in the same house for the second year), has been absolutely fine. Therefore if you are a female looking to move in, dont worry, as there is another girl in the house. They are respectful boys and no toxic masculinity.

Fully furnished, generously proportioned bedrooms.

2 x Recently renovated shower rooms with showers, WC's and wash hand basins, plus additional WC.

Off street parking and parking space for the house is available.

Offered room is an attic room, perfect for giving that extra quietness and privacy.

Right next door to CO-OP (has been way too handy), 5-10 minutes to west street, 5 minutes to the Students Union, overall a really good middleground location. Super close bus stop and the tram stop is also 5-10 minute walk not too far at all.
