I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Central Quay, Sheffield. The room is a classic ensuite with a private bathroom and shared kitchen/living area, fully furnished and modern. Rent is £84 per week with all bills and WiFi included, plus access to an on-site gym. The building is a 15-minute walk to Sheffield Hallam’s City Campus and about 35 minutes to Collegiate Campus.
The flat comes with useful appliances like a kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. You’ll be sharing the kitchen and lounge with other friendly students, so it’s ideal if you’d like to live in a sociable environment while still having your own private space. You need to be FULL-TIME Sheffield Hallam student, comfortable to live in a girl/boy flatmates.

I can’t move in due to family circumstances, so I’m looking for a reliable, tidy student to take over the tenancy. The accommodation team will handle all the paperwork to make the process official and secure.
