Description
Hi,
We’re a house of three (Jaye, they/them, 28, Harriet, she/her, 31 and Izzy, she/her 28) who are looking to replace our friend Adam who is moving away to do a PHD. The house is in S11, near Endcliffe park. The move in date is around early November, with a rent of £200/month. We live communally, including sharing food and cooking for each other, and ideally would like to find a friend rather than just a stranger/housemate to share the house with. Bills are probably higher than the average houseshare as a result of this, as we split on things like a veg box and bulk food shops. We also split bills based on income.
We would like someone who is communally minded. We enjoy sharing space and groups hangs, including social nights(movies, board games). We also have monthly house meetings to communicate any needs, wants or problems, and a cleaning Rota. We'd ideally like a longer term housemate (at least a year) as a result.
You must also be pet friendly, as we have a friendly cat called Huckleberry who will want to sit on your lap!
We are Queer identifying and ask for tolerant and inclusive people. Some of our interests include: climbing, growing veg, wild swims, hikes, board games, ttrpgs, techno and so on.
The room is relatively small and will most likely not be suitable for working from home. A bed is provided and we can make sure it’s furnished with furniture you might need.

We look forward to hearing from you!
