Room in 3 bed house in Heeley

We are two gay male professionals, (not a couple), in a 3 bed house in Heeley. 15 minute walk from the centre of Sheffield and the train station. The room is partially furnished, but you are welcome to use your own items. Additional storage space is available. We don't tend to entertain during the week, but sometimes host at the weekend. We are both laid back but given work commitments Monday to Friday, the house needs to remain fairly quiet during the week. You are welcome to have guests so long as they are mindful of this. The rent for the room includes ALL bills (wifi, energy, council tax, etc). Washer/dryer available. Our preference is for a gay male, however we are open to all applicants.
