Ensuite double room in a two bed in city center

The room is right next to the Cathedral, center of the city, and 30secs walk to the Cathedral tram stop. It’s furnished, with suite bathroom and no bills are included excluding WiFi. It’s a two bedroom flat, and it is kept very neatly and would like someone to keep it as clean as possible. Weekly rooster to clean the flat and all bills are divided 50-50.
