1 room available pls take asap!!

Heyyy! So unfortunately I've had to take a leave of absence from uni so I'm just trying to give my tenancy to someone else- the house is so nice and it's got a garden and everything, the area is like 10 mins from uni of SU and like 15 mins from Hallam collegiate campus. We have a nice corner shop across the road and we're really near the tram stop too! The room is pretty large and has a nice view out of the window. My girlfriend is also trying to move out so there might be 2 rooms available.... It's £390/ month rent and then £70/ month bills. Idk about council tax cos we're all students though.
