Room in house overlooking Bole Hill

Hello, I'm Ben and looking for someone to take up a spare room in my house by Bole Hill park in Crookes and 2 minutes walk from Crookes high street. I'm working as an anaesthetist in Doncaster currently and looking a housemate who would be up for socialising, whether over a cuppa, beer, walk, board game or meal.
It's a spacious double room with a shared living room and kitchen and garden patio space.

It would be £650/month for the room (couples welcome, but this would £750/month). All bills including council tax included.
