Double room in Walkley end terrace, bills included

Spacious room to rent with shared bathroom, living room and bright, extended kitchen. Long, narrow garden that attracts lots of wildlife! Walkable to uni, hospitals, parks and shops.

I own the house with my partner, Ellie. I work away two days a week and Ellie is currently studying a masters in London. There will be occasional weekends when we are both in the house and equally times when we are both away.

Our lodger of the last 9 months has bought her own place and so we are looking for someone else to share our home with. It would be great to find someone sociable and I'm always keen to get out for a walk, run or pint at the Blake when the chance comes about!
