About the flat
One bedroom occupied by third-year student at UoS, second bedroom with ensuite is available. The bedroom is spacious and fully furnished with a nice view of the courtyard, ensuite has a toilet and shower (photos show current housemate’s belongings, room will be undecorated and ready for new occupant). Shared living area has a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage - includes oven, electric hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer. Lounge is cosy and decorated with large TV (blu-ray player attached), 2 big sofas and a comfy armchair. Windows face out into the courtyard. Washer/dryer also included (see additional information for wifi).

About the building/location
Building has an internal car park / bike storage, mail area, gated courtyard and is right next to a tram stop (Netherthorpe). About a 2-minute walk from the diamond and 5 minutes from the Information Commons. Location is central to the city, but out of the way enough to feel quiet and comfortable. Tesco Express very close by and multiple supermarkets within walking distance. Very easy to walk to city centre / Sheffield station, Division st, Kelham Island, Ecclesall/Sharrowvale, Crookes and Broomhill; also plenty of green space nearby.

Housemate preferences
Flat is very well-kept and relatively quiet, clean and tidy preferred. Living area is decorated but you’d be welcome to bring in your own stuff, you’d also be welcome to use the TV (belonging to current housemate) - laptops / games consoles can be connected with HDMI. Happy to discuss mutual preferences for house rules (e. g. having people over, noise at certain times, shared items etc).
