looking for two people to fill last minute spaces in my lovely rented property in greystones!
Really nice, peacefull area with permit-free parking on the road outside and a garden and patio. The house has a living room with tv and a seperate dining room with spare bed for guests.
The house is furnished with personal furniture including beds in the rooms, however there is space for extra storage if required.
Bills and council tax come to about £125pp on top of rent.

I'm a relaxed and creative individual with lots of hobbies including climbing, walking, music and lots of various crafts! Looking for someone social to join me in renewing the tennancy for the coming year starting 1/11/25, however the smaller room could also be subletted at a later date!
