We have a double attic room available in a 3 bed house share in Walkley. Available mid Nov but potentially available earlier.

The house is a reasonable sized 3 bed and this bedroom is spacious, furnished and tucked away on the top floor of the house.

There is a small box room which is a shared spare bedroom with a sofa bed.

Large shared garden on the back.

Free and lots of on street parking right in front of the house.

2 minute walk to the lovely south road.
20 min to crookes/ broomhill
25 min walk to Kelham Island

10 min to nearest tram stop and bus stop is right outside which takes you to Hillsborough, Town centre and Meadowhall etc.

The kitchen is recently renovated and there is a large cellar for storage.
