Spacious Room with Bay Window in Shared Home

I am the current tenant but am planning on leaving Uni due to personal reasons. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy up until September 2026. Move-in date is flexible and can be negotiated.

The house is in a prime location - just a several minute walk to the Goodwin Sports Centre and The Wave.

There is a shared kitchen on the first floor and a conservatory with a washer and dryer. There are two washrooms on the second floor. One is reserved for female tenants.

The room originally came furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and desk chair. There is also a sink in the room.

As an international student myself, I cannot take the furniture I purchased with me. I would be happy to leave any items for a negotiated price. Most items are from Ikea. Items I am willing to leave include:
- Ikea Poang Chair
- Bedside Table
- Rug
- Green Cart
- Black Coat Stand
- Shoe Rack
- Posters
- Frames
- Bins
- Pillows and Memory Foam Mattress Topper (brand new)
- Lamps

This room is good for international students who do not wish to buy extra furnishings for their stay :)

The current tenants are lovely and mostly postgraduate students at the Uni of Sheffield, but anyone is welcome to take over the tenancy.
