Only moving out due to professional changes, otherwise I’d definitely stay
it’s been a great place to live!

- Walking distance to both university of sheffield and Hallam

- Council Tax Band A (not applicable if you’re a full-time student)

Deposit: £300 per person
+£15 per week if rented by a couple
