We are looking for a new housemate to join an existing houseshare in S11.
The room is spacious and bright, and is situated on the first floor. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and built-in wardrobe and shelving.
The house is a lovely Victorian 3-bed terrace located on Onslow Road, super close to Endcliffe Park. Hunters Bar, Sharrow Vale and Eccie Road are only a short walk away. The house is furnished and has a living room, dining room and kitchen, and two bathrooms – one on the first floor and one in the attic next to the attic bedroom. There is a small paved garden with outdoor table and chairs and small shed. There is also a large cellar, good for storage. Parking is on-street and space can normally be found on our road or the adjacent streets.
About us: Two 24 year old girls working 9–5 - into fitness, hikes, and pub nights. Friendly and relaxed vibe at home.
We’re looking for another young professional (ideally female, in their 20s) to join us. We’re social and get on really well, but also respect each other’s space and have our own busy lives.
The rent is £455.55 per month, plus bills which are around £140 per month. The tenancy is rolling monthly at the moment, with a deposit of £423. Rent is arranged through an estate agent so identity checks and references etc will be needed. No smoking or pets are allowed.
