Tenancy Takeover

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January until the end of the academic year. It’s a large studio on the 12th floor of a modern student building, just a 2-minute walk from the City Campus. The studio is spacious and fully furnished, with the bed, kitchen, and bathroom all separate, offering plenty of privacy and comfort. Rent is £180 per week with all bills included.
