The room features a double bed and plenty of storage space with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also has great heat and noise insulation.

It is a 9 minute walk away from The Diamond and 12 minutes to the big Tesco, there is also a Tesco Express just 2 minutes away.

There is on-street parking with no permit required.

The house features a large modern kitchen and a closed patio area.

Bills are all included and rent payments can be monthly or termly.
