URGENT: I’m looking for someone to take over my ensuite room starting 1 January 2026 till 5 September 2026. I will pay 50 pounds towards your January rent, for taking over the room, as I am moving away for work and need someone to take over my contract ASAP.
This is perfect for students especially Jan- Feb intake, wanting an affordable accommodation that is close to both the universities.
ROOM OVERVIEW:
- The room is a 'Classic Ensuite' room: you have your own private bathroom, ¾ size bed, under-bed storage, shelving, desk & chair and large wardrobe.
- Kitchen & living area shared with 4 other flatmates.
- Communal amenities: on-site gym, cinema lounge, games room (pool/ping pong), study spaces, bike storage, outdoor courtyard.
- All utility bills included (water, gas, electricity, internet). Student only Flat so no council tax.
- Free maintenance provided by the accommodation provider.
LOCATION:
- Approx. 10 minute walk to both the University of Sheffield and the Sheffield Hallam University campuses.
- Excellent Transport links: Train station (13 minute walk), Tram stop (5 minute walk) and Bus stops (plenty nearby with the main ones at Moor market and West Street both a 5 minute walk away).
- Tesco express is right around the corner (less than a minute away).
- The Moor market, Division Street and Fargate are shopping and cafe centrals approximate 5 minute walk away with usual high street stores and lots of independent stores popping up!
