PRACTICAL DETAILS:

-You will be taking over my tenancy contract from 1 January 2026 until 5 Sep 2026 with the option to renew the contract with the accomodation provider. Can consider a February 2026 start too.

- Deposit: The accomodation provider will ask you for a deposit of 99 pounds which will be returned to you after your contract ends.
