Looking for a student to take over my tennancy for my room in 3 bed house on Neil Road until June (end of tennancy). Will be available from the New Year onwards. Living with 2 other lovely girls both at Hallam, love nights out and sports.
Rent is due quarterly but half the year rent paid already!! Will roughly come to £2,702 for the rest of the tennancy (6 months).
Bills through unidays at £126 per month.
No council tax bill as all students.
This room is the largest room in the house, lots and lots of space!!
Parking is roadside, so with parking permit.
Lovely cosy living room with big TV and soundbar for watching movies in, kitchen is separate but spacious.
So close to all the lovely little cafes and shops in sharrow.
