I’m looking for a replacement tenant to take over my tenancy at Cornerhouse – Student Roost, Sheffield.

📍 Location: 7 mins walk to the University of Sheffield and the city centre.
👩‍🎓 Flat: Female-only flat shared with 4 other students.
🛏️ Room: Private en-suite with shower, toilet, and basin; small double bed with under-bed storage, desk, chair, wardrobe, and drawers.
🍳 Shared kitchen and living area (fully equipped).

💷 Rent: £118 per week (all bills included – water, heating, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, and contents insurance).
🧺 Access to laundry facilities, study and social spaces, and outdoor courtyard.

🗓️ Contract until: 29 August 2026 (can start immediately).
