Due to personal circumstances I will be leaving this room in this friendly student house (the other housemates are very nice) so am looking for a tenancy takeover for the rest of the academic year.

The house also comes with 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, a TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and broadband as well as fully equipped kitchen.
