Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my uni tenancy as Ive had to take a LOA and am moving back home.
🏠 The house has 4 bedrooms in total – You would be living with 3 boys, all really lovely, respectful and easy to live with. Your room would be the one in the pictures, one of the bigger rooms with a window letting in lots of light in the afternoon
📍 Location: S6 area (great for students).
🛏️ Fully furnished room with a brand new double bed, chair, desk, wardrobe and set of drawers.
👥 Friendly and welcoming housemates.
💰 £330 PCM or £82.5 PW. With bills this is £370 PCM or £92.5 PW.
📍 15 minute walk to Diamond or 1 bus ride with bus stop right outside the house. There is an Asda supermarket, 24 hour convenience shop and a handful of takeaways all withn a 5 minute walk.
There is free on street parking and gigabit internet included.
