Large spare room available in 6 person house

I will be leaving Sheffield and so need a replacement for my room as soon as possible.

About the room:

Very large attic room with slanted roof window. Comes with plenty of furniture and a small couch (pictured). I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and had no complaints, it is the largest room in the house and a very nice space, especially when considering how cheap the rent is. There is one other bedroom on the top floor and a toilet/shower bathroom that would be used only by the two of you.

About the house:

You’d be living with 5 others all ages 25-27, 3 girls and 2 boys. They are all working, 4 as engineers and 1 in Theatre. Very friendly housemates who are always up for a chat in the living room and making communal meals weekly. We occasionally go on nights out and pub trips, but we aim to keep the house as a relaxed and tidy environment. We also respect each others personal space and value alone time when needed. There is also a small garden that is great for a BBQ in summer :)

Rent is £355 a month, bills usually come out to around £70 a month, council tax is £35 , deposit is £200. The tenancy ends at the end of June, so this is a ~7 month tenancy.

The location:

Walton road, Broomhill. Located right next to the botanical gardens and very close to the big Tesco on Eccy road. As such it is a very convenient location with great travel links etc
