Looking for a lodger to take a room in a lovely 3 bed house on a quiet road with a small patio garden and lots of green space nearby, looking for a lodger to take one of the rooms.

I like to have my own space but also would be nice to have someone who’d like to hang out some evenings and watch films/play games or go for a drink from time to time.

Rent is 600 PCM bills included and would just be sharing with me for the time being. May potentially put the 3rd bedroom up at some point in the new year once I’ve finished sorting stuff out around the house but not 100% on this yet.
